1 What will happen to my previous loyalty points?
Don't worry, we have migrated all existing accounts including any points/rewards to our new app. Simply install the app, input your email and click forgot password.
2 How do I log in on the new app?
If you were a preexisting loyalty customer, input your email and click forgot password, from there set a new password.
For new loyalty customers, simply follow the instructions to sign up.
3 How do I redeem my points?
Speak to a member of our bar team and let them know which reward you would like to claim and we will activate it through our till system.
4 What happened to premium memberships?
Our premium memberships are no longer currently available.
5 How do I download the new app?
